One of the great features of League License is the ability to automatically update the inventory quantities in your store. When a unit is added to or removed from the suppliers inventory stock, League License is automatically updated and an update is sent out to your store to update the new quantity (this can take a couple of hours to update).

PRO TIP: League License updates the quantities in your store and when the quantities update in your store it is then up to the platform (Bigcommerce or Shopify) to update the quantity in your channel. Please note: In accordance with the League License Seller Participation Agreement, it is against some league policies to sell league products on third party websites like eBay, Amazon or Walmart.com. You can, however, sell products on your own website as long as your website does not include any non-licensed products that are represented as league merchandise. Any counterfeit merchandise present on your website disqualifies you from be able to sell licensed merchandise.

In regards to product changes like images, names, descriptions, similar to adding products your store, when you go to the League License app there will be a category of products that need updates. In the League License Product Manager app, you will see a category named "Update". If you click on this category, you will see a text description that displays the date these products were added to this category. You will choose from these products.

These products will then be removed from this category prior to the next time we add more products to be updated to this category.

Products removed from the "Update" category will be moved to an "Update - Archived" category where they will remain for a few months to help you catch up should you forget to update products. Once they are removed from the "Update - Archived" category, they will no longer be identified to be updated and they will only appear as a regularly stocked product.
