If your store has a customer that receives a product that has been damaged in transit, they may return it for a replacement or refund. It is up to you to provide customer service to your customer. You are responsible for your own return policy and for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Customer complaints and negative reviews will impair an eCommerce store’s ability to sell League License products including suspensions and app termination. Returns in excess of 1% of your total sales may result in termination of your access to League License.

Claims must be made on receipt of products within five (5) days of delivery. Your should submit a Return Merchandise Authorization Form (RMA) through League License. If the product arrives back at the supplier undamaged, a restocking fee may be applied.
